"Your eyes are the windows to your soul." Isn't that what they say? Ok then we better make our windows look good! First thing, you need to know your eye shape. Are your eyes hooded? Deep-set? Close-set? Why does it matter?! Your eye shape helps determine where you should place your darker and lighter eye shadow shades. For example my eyes are close-set, meaning they are less than one eye length apart. So I want to put my darker shades near the outer corners of my lids so that when people look at me their eyes are drawn outward making my eyes appear farther apart. Make sense? Make-up application is an art that helps create an illusion (making us look our best.) So this is important.
